How to Add the Instructor Review with Rubric Activity Element?

Go to your course curriculum in Teachfloor.
Click (+) Add Element on the left side of the screen.
Select Instructor Review with Rubric or the Instructor Review Sequence for a pre-built workflow.
Settings for Instructor Review with Rubric
The first thing you will see after clicking the group review are the common settings. After going through the common settings of the form activity we are ready to hop on to the next part.
2. Source
Link the review to a Group Submission activity in your course.
Submissions from the linked activity will auto-populate for group review.

Review Questions: Build your rubric (e.g., “Give feedback to the learner 📝”).
Deadline: Set a mandatory submission deadline for automatic reviewer allocation.

Click Edit Questions to design your rubric with these options:
Open Question
Purpose: Collect detailed written feedback (e.g., “Give constructive suggestions”).
Numeric Rating
Purpose: Rate performance on a scale (e.g., 1–10).
Text Scale
Purpose: Choose from predefined options (e.g., “Exceeds Expectations,” “Meets Expectations”).
Yes/No
Purpose: Provide binary feedback (e.g., “Did the learner cite sources?”).
Information Section
Purpose: Add guidelines (e.g., “Focus on clarity and creativity in your evaluation”).
