The Reset Student Activity feature allows instructors to reset a student’s progress on a specific activity, enabling them to redo it. This tool supports flexible learning by addressing technical issues, misunderstandings, or the need for additional practice.


Step-by-Step Guide: Resetting Student Activity

1. Access the Reset Option

  • Go to your course’s Assessment Dashboard.

  • Locate the student’s activity submission.

2. Reset the Activity

  • Click the ⋮ (Options) menu next to the student’s submission.

  • Select Reset Student Activity.

3. Notify the Student

  • Inform the student via email or course message that the activity is reset.

  • Provide guidance (e.g., “Revise the rubric and resubmit by [deadline]”).'

  • Mastery Learning: Let students refine their work until they meet learning goals.
