Teachfloor’s AI-powered feature simplifies course creation by assisting educators in generating course, lesson, and module titles, descriptions, and cover images. This guide will walk you through how to use TeachAI to streamline your workflow and enhance your course content.

TeachAI Assistance

TeachAI enables instructors to quickly generate essential elements for courses, lessons, and modules, including titles, descriptions, and cover images, ensuring a seamless and professional course-building experience.

How Does It Work?

1. Generate a Course, Lesson, or Module Title

TeachAI suggests engaging titles based on your input, making it easier to create appealing and relevant names for courses, lessons, or modules.

2. Create a Course, Lesson, or Module Description

TeachAI generates well-structured and informative descriptions aligned with your content, saving time and ensuring clarity.

3. Design a Cover Image

TeachAI provides AI-generated cover images based on descriptive prompts, giving courses, lessons, and modules a polished and professional appearance.

How to Use TeachAI?

  1. Navigate to the Curriculum section of your course.

  2. Click (+) Add Element or open an existing course, lesson, or module.

  3. Use TeachAI to generate titles, descriptions, and cover images with AI assistance.

Configure TeachAI Settings

Once TeachAI is activated, set up its features effectively:

1. Generate a Title

  • Click the TeachAI button next to the title field.

  • Enter relevant keywords or a short description.

  • TeachAI will generate multiple title suggestions.

  • Select the most suitable one or regenerate more options.

2. Create a Description

  • Click the TeachAI button in the description field.

  • Provide key points or a summary.

  • TeachAI will generate a structured description.

  • Edit or refine the text as needed before finalizing.

3. Generate a Cover Image

  • Click Generate with TeachAI in the Cover Image section.

  • Enter a short prompt describing the image you envision.

  • TeachAI will generate a relevant cover image.

  • Choose the best option or refine the prompt for another result.

Customization Options

  • Edit Suggestions: Modify AI-generated content to fit your needs better.

  • Regenerate Content: If the generated content doesn’t meet your expectations, use TeachAI to create new options.

  • Preview Before Saving: Always review and refine the content before finalizing it.

Important Notes

  • ⚠️ AI Suggestions Are Editable – You can modify any AI-generated title, description, or image before publishing.

  • ⚠️ Cover Images Can Be Replaced – If unsatisfied with AI-generated images, you can upload your own.

  • ⚠️ TeachAI Learns from Inputs – Providing specific prompts will improve the quality of AI-generated suggestions.

  • ⚠️ Manual Adjustments Recommended – AI provides a starting point, but refining content ensures it aligns with your teaching goals.
