A step-by-step guide to schedule your Microsoft Teams lesson.
Through the Microsoft Teams element, you can organize live sessions directly in your Teachfloor course.
Once your Microsoft account is connected, you can easily schedule, manage, and access Teams meetings without leaving the platform.
How to create a Microsoft Teams meeting element on Teachfloor
Go to the Curriculum tab of your course.
Click (+ Add Element) on the left side of the screen.
From the list of elements, select Microsoft Teams Meeting.
If this is your first time using the feature, a pop-up will appear asking you to Connect to Microsoft.
Click Connect, then sign in with your existing Microsoft account or create a new one.

From the learner’s perspective, the Teams element appears as a clear card displaying the meeting title, cover image, date and time, and a button to join the session.
Clicking Open Teams Meeting opens Microsoft Teams directly in a new window or app.
Notes
Each course can be connected to one or more Microsoft accounts.
Sessions scheduled in Teachfloor will also appear in your Microsoft Teams calendar.
