The Analytics section in Teachfloor is your central hub to monitor your organization’s learning performance.
It provides dashboards, course reports, learner insights, and logs — giving you a complete view of engagement and progress across your academy.

1. Accessing the Analytics Section

To access the Analytics section:

  1. Log in as an Owner, Admin, or Instructor.

  2. From the main navigation bar, click Analytics.

  3. You’ll see four tabs at the top of the page:

    • Dashboard

    • Course Insights

    • Learner Insights

    • Logs

Each tab provides a different perspective on your organization’s data.

2. Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard offers a high-level summary of your organization’s activity and performance.
It helps you track overall trends and quickly identify how learning is progressing.

You’ll find:

  • Course Completion Breakdown: Visual summary of learners who have completed, started, or not yet started a course.

  • Activity Completion Over Time: Graph showing activity engagement week by week.

  • Active Learners and New Courses: Compare engagement to previous periods to understand growth.

Use this page to get a quick overview of your organization’s learning health.

3. Course Insights

The Course Insights tab provides detailed performance data for each course.

Here you can:

  1. View all courses with their status, type, and tags.

  2. See how many learners are Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.

  3. Review average scores and completion dates.

View detailed learner data

Click on a specific course to open its learner breakdown.
For each learner, you can check:

  • Name and email address

  • Tags

  • Enrollment status

  • Completion percentage

  • Start and completion dates

  • Average score

This helps you quickly identify learners who may need additional support or follow-up.

4. Learner Insights

The Learner Insights tab focuses on individual users instead of courses.
It helps you understand learner engagement at a personal level.

For each learner, you can view:

  • Join date and last active date

  • Number of enrolled and completed courses

  • Total time spent on the platform

This information is useful for tracking participation, engagement, and identifying learners who may be inactive.

5. Logs

The Logs tab provides a full record of learner and instructor activity.
It’s updated daily to ensure accuracy and transparency.

You can see:

  • Login and logout events

  • Course enrollments

  • Activity completions

This tab is helpful for auditing and troubleshooting — for example, verifying when a learner completed an activity or accessed a course.

6. Best Practices

  • Use the Dashboard weekly to track overall engagement.

  • Check Course Insights regularly to identify courses with low completion rates.

  • Use Learner Insights to follow up with inactive learners.

  • Consult Logs when you need to verify or investigate specific user actions.

7. Permissions and Access

The Analytics section is available for Owners, Admins, and Instructors.
Learners do not have access to Analytics data.

Summary

The Analytics section gives you the tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve your academy’s performance.
By combining dashboards, detailed reports, and logs, you can measure learning outcomes, monitor engagement, and provide better support to your learners.
