Teachfloor includes a gamification system that rewards members with achievements and badges based on their activity inside the platform.

Achievements help organizations:

  • Increase learner engagement

  • Encourage participation

  • Reward consistency

  • Motivate course completion

  • Build stronger learning communities

Badges appear directly inside member profiles through the Achievements card.

Note: The achievements listed below reflect the badges available as of May 2026. New achievements, seasonal rewards, and additional badge categories may be added in future platform updates.

Hidden Achievements & Easter Eggs

Teachfloor also includes a small number of hidden achievements and easter eggs designed to reward exploration and curiosity inside the platform.

These achievements are intentionally not publicly documented and must be discovered by members through specific actions or interactions.


How to Enable Achievements

To enable the achievement system:

Go to:

Settings → Customization → Gamification

Enable:

Enable Achievements

Click Save

Once enabled, members can begin earning achievements automatically based on their activity.


Displaying Achievements on Member Profiles

Achievements are shown through the Achievements profile card.

Organizations can customize:

  • Card visibility

  • Card position

  • Number of badges displayed

Go to:

Settings → Customization → Profile Layout

to configure how achievements appear across member profiles.


Why Achievements Matter

Achievements help transform passive learning into a more engaging and motivating experience.

They are especially effective for:

  • Cohort-based learning

  • Bootcamps

  • Online academies

  • Corporate training

  • Community-led education
