Dashboard Widgets

Discover every dashboard widget available in Teachfloor and learn how to configure each one for your organization.

Build personalized dashboards by combining different widgets to surface the information and tools that matter most to your learners, instructors, and administrators.

Each dashboard can contain multiple widgets, and every widget includes its own settings to control what is displayed and how it appears.


Adding a Widget

To add a new widget:

  1. Go to Settings → Customization → Dashboards.

  2. Open the dashboard you want to edit.

  3. Click Add Widget.

  4. Select the widget you want to add.

  5. Configure its settings.

  6. Click Save.

Every widget can be enabled or disabled at any time without removing it from the dashboard.


Available Widgets

Banner

Display a custom banner image anywhere on the dashboard.

Ideal for:

  • Welcome messages

  • Promotions

  • Course announcements

  • Internal communication

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Banner image

  • Optional destination URL

  • Enable / Disable


Embed

Display external content inside the dashboard using an iframe.

Common use cases include:

  • YouTube videos

  • Calendly

  • Power BI

  • Google Looker Studio

  • Internal tools

  • Third-party dashboards

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Optional title

  • Embed iframe

  • Aspect ratio

  • Custom height

  • Remove padding

  • Enable / Disable


App

Display widgets provided by your installed Teachfloor Apps.

This allows third-party integrations to appear directly inside the dashboard.

Settings:

  • Column width

  • App widget selection

  • Aspect ratio

  • Remove padding

  • Enable / Disable


Leaderboard

Show the members with the highest number of gamification points.

Great for encouraging participation and engagement.

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Optional title

  • Number of members

  • Enable / Disable


Achievements

Display the badges earned by the current user.

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Optional title

  • Number of badges

  • Enable / Disable


Courses

Show the learner's enrolled courses.

You can choose which course status should be displayed.

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Optional title

  • Number of courses

  • Course status filter

  • Enable / Disable


Instructors

Display instructors across the learner's enrolled courses.

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Optional title

  • Maximum instructors

  • Enable / Disable


Calendar

Display a monthly calendar with scheduled learning events.

Settings:

  • Column width

  • Optional title

  • Enable / Disable


Upcoming Events

Display upcoming live sessions and scheduled activities.

Settings:

  • Optional title

  • Number of weeks ahead

  • Enable / Disable


Latest Signups

Available for Organization Owners and Admins.

Display the most recently registered members.

Settings:

  • Number of members

Latest Payments

Available for Organization Owners and Admins.

Display recent learner payments.

Settings:

  • Number of payments

Analytics

Available for Organization Owners and Admins.

Display a chart from your organization's analytics dashboard.

Available charts include:

  • Active Learners

  • Activity Completions

  • Course Completions

  • Course Completion (Donut)

  • Revenue Over Time

Settings:

Metrics

Available for Organization Owners and Admins.

Display KPI cards that provide a quick overview of your organization.

Available metrics include:

  • Revenue

  • Sales

  • Active learners

  • Members

  • Signups

  • Courses

  • and more.

Automations Health

Available for Organization Owners and Admins.

Monitor the health of your active automations, including failed or pending executions.

Certificates

Available for Organization Owners and Admins.

Display recently issued certificates.

Settings:

Common Widget Settings

Although each widget offers different options, most share a common set of settings.

Setting

Description

Column

Choose whether the widget is displayed in the narrow or wide column.

Title

Optionally display a custom heading above the widget. Leave empty to hide it.

Enabled

Quickly show or hide the widget without deleting it.
