If you belong to multiple organizations in Teachfloor, you can easily switch between them without logging out or signing in with a different account.
This feature is available to users who have access to multiple organizations, whether they are Main Accounts, Branches, or independent organizations. It also allows users, such as instructors, assistants, and learners, to navigate between different organizations they have joined.
How to Switch Organizations
Follow these steps to switch to another organization:
Open your account menu. In the top-right corner of the platform, click your name to open the account dropdown menu.
Select "Switch Organization". From the dropdown menu, click Switch Organization.
Choose an organization. A list of all organizations you belong to will appear.
Switch to the selected organization. Click the name of the organization you want to access. You will be taken directly to that organization's workspace.
Who Can Switch Organizations?
The Switch Organization feature is available to any user who belongs to more than one organization, including:
Main Account and Branch users: Users with access to multiple organizations within an organizational structure.
Instructors and Assistants: Users who teach or support courses across different organizations.
Learners: Students enrolled in courses belonging to different organizations.

Only organizations you belong to will appear in the list.
