Manage your Teachfloor account

Step by step guide to manage/update your account details.

In this article, we will discuss how to manage your Teachfloor account.

The first step is to click at the top right where the name appears to open the dropdown, then click on Account Settings.

1. Account Details

In the first section of the account page, you can add and edit the profile image by dragging and dropping the image inside the Avatar field.

In the same section, you can also edit the information about the account holder's First and Last Name.

Remember to click on the Save button after editing the information.

Change Email Details

The email connected to the Account can be changed by clicking the Change Email button.

Then, enter the new email in the popup and click the Update Email button.

Once you added the new email, click on Update Email.

You will receive an email from Teachfloor in your inbox to confirm the email associated with your Account.

2. Password

To change the password, first verify the Current Password, enter the new password in both fields, New Password and Verify New Password, and save your edits by clicking on Change Password.

You can add your Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram links in this section.

4. Localization

In this section, you can localize your Teachfloor account according to your primary language and timezone.

5. Zoom Account

When clicked on the connect button, a Zoom window will appear. Learners will log in using their credentials safely and securely and integrate the information into Teachfloor.

6. Delete Account

You can also delete their accounts from Teachfloor without leaving zero data, as Teachfloor never stores or sells data. Click on the red Delete button and ta-da.

Dark/Light mode

You can change the theme of the interface by clicking on the top right corner. When a dropdown window appears, select either dark or light mode.

You can switch between organizations.

If you are part of two different organizations and both using Teachfloor, you can enroll in both without letting any organizations know. Simply click on the top right corner of the interface, and when a dropdown window appears, click on switch organization, and you will be switched accordingly.

What is the "Developers" button when clicking on the right top corner where the name appears?

You will be directed to the APIs and Webhooks page by clicking this button.

What is the "Changelog" button when clicking on the right top corner where the name appears?

By clicking this button, you will be directed to your changelog page, where you can see all the new features and additions we make to Teachfloor.
