This is a step-by-step guide for Inviting and Managing Students to enroll for your course.
Now there are three ways to invite students to your course.
Copy the URL on the top right of your screen.
Click Invite Participants and choose between
Upload CSV (comma-separated values) file with Full Name and email of students.
Manual Invite. This is ideal for students who qualified for discounts (if there is). Add New Participants box will pop out. Fill in the Full Name, Email, and set the Discount (if there is). Click Send Invites.

As soon as invites are done, students will receive an email from [email protected] with subject Invite Notification. Advise your students to check the spam folder if no email is received in inbox.
Below is the sample email they will receive. Click Complete Invite and follow steps that will pop up.
Managing your students.
Once you have your students enrolled to the course, you will see the list and manage them by clicking the three dots (...) under Actions and choose from:
Open. Click open to view student's individual activities and progress or by simply clicking their Name.
Click Revoke Access to unenroll students from the course.
Export Report. You will receive a downloadable report of the students via email from [email protected] with subject Course Report is Ready. Please check the spam folder if no email is received in inbox.. The report consists the following information.
Signed up date and time
Course Status and progress
Responses and grades on activities.
