How to Manage Learners

This is a step-by-step guide of how to manage learners to enroll for your course.

This is a step-by-step guide for managing learners in your course.

First, go to the members page of your course, you will see the list and manage them individually by clicking the three dots (...) under Actions and choosing from:

1. Course Progress

Click open to view the student's course status and progress. You will see an interface like this;

2. Send Message

Click to send a message to the learner.

3. Assign Assistant

Click to assign the learner as the course assistant.

4. Manage Tags

Click to manage the tag of the learner

5. Revoke Access

Click Revoke Access to unenroll students from the course.

1. Export Report

You will receive a downloadable report of the students via email from [email protected] with the subject Course Report is Ready. Please check the spam folder to see if no email has been received in your inbox. The report consists of the following information.

  • Email

  • Full name

  • Signed up date and time

  • Course Status and progress

  • Responses and grades on activities.

2. CSV Assign Assistants

You can assign assistants using a CSV file. It is an alternate way to assign assistants, used in scenarios like bulking assigning of assistants. This feature is only available in the Business and Advanced plans.
