This is a step-by-step guide on How TeachFloor sends an Automatic Calendar invitation to your Students for your course.

From the Course Creation Page, scroll down to Lesson Calendar Invite, and choose Enable to activate automatic sending of calendar invites to your students of all live conference events. The invite will be sent out all at once via email when the students enroll and anytime you create a new event.

(See screenshot below)

For elements you have created with live interactions, set the date of the activity. Once the date is set, TeachFloor will automatically send email with calendar invite to all students enrolled to the course.

Below is an example of the email they will receive. The sample activity is a live video conference entitled, "Adding Meeting Link Element." Students will receive an email from [email protected]. Advise your students to check the spam folder if no email is received in the inbox.
