This is a step-by-step guide for utilizing the Notification Preferences feature for your account.

You can choose what you and your students get notified about on your TeachFloor account. See the steps below:

On your admin page, click Settings, click the drop-down arrow, and click Notifications, both on the left side of your screen. You may now toggle on/off the notifications for the following by ticking/ unticking the box beside:

  • Instructor Activity Review. Send participants an email once the instructor reviews their activity.

  • New Course Signup. Receive an email every time a new participant signed up for your courses.

  • Start Course Reminder. Send participants an email reminder 24 hours before the course start.

  • Mention Notification. Send participants an email when they are tagged on a community post or comment.

  • Comment Notification. Send to the post author a notification when someone comments on the post.

  • New Lesson Created. Send to participants, of a published course, an email when a new lesson is added to the course.

  • Lesson Update. Send to students, of a published course, an email when a new lesson is updated.

  • New Community Post. Send to channel participants an email when a new post is published.

  • New Quiz Submitted. Receive an email every time a participant submits a quiz.

We may still send you important notifications about your account outside of your notification settings.
