Hi there! This is a guide on how to add tags element in your Teachfloor course.
Tags work like stickers that help you see differences between students for various reasons. You might use them to assign different jobs to students during group work or activities.
How create Tags element?
Click on (+) Add Element on the left side of the screen. Scroll down, and click Tags.

1. General Settings

In the general settings, you can set the following settings;
Cover Image - Add a cover image to your tags module that will reflect the importance of the tags.
Name - Give a descriptive name to the tags, maybe referring to the lesson’s the tags are linked to or the topic covered.
Description - This space can be used to add details regarding the tags and all the information the learners might need previous to using the tags.
Resources - This space can be used to add details regarding the tags and all the information the learners might need previous to using the tags.
Display Description on Top - Enabling this will allow the learners to see the description and resources before the multiple choice tags content.
2. Requirements Settings

What the learners should be familiar with or need to have worked on before starting the tags. Click on the pre-requirements dropdown and choose from your previous lessons or activities that you want to require. You may add multiple pre-requirement activities.

You can set visibility options, making it visible to either;
Manually selected learners
To specific roles
To specific tags (if you have assigned manually)
4. Tags settings
Coming to the main settings of the tags. In this section, you will create set of tags, and allow students to choose from it. You can also allow a student to have more than one tags. Morever, you can also allow students to complete the activity without a tag.
Manage Tags - This button helps you organize, make, and remove tags. Pick the tags you want learners to choose from.
Tags options - You can check between two options of learners with only one tag or, learners with multiple tags.
Optional tag selection - This allows students to complete the activity without a tag.

From the learner's perspective
When you will create the element, student will have the following interface to select their roles. You can add image, text, and emojis in the description of this element as well.
Learners must select at least one tag, and submit it in order to complete this module.
