In this blog, you will learn how to Publish, Draft, Archive and Delete a course.

In the blog post, you will learn how can you publish delete, archive or make a draft of your course on Teachfloor.

What is Draft (Course)?

A draft is the preliminary version of the course you’re working on. The course will automatically go to the drafts, until its not published.

What is Published (Course)?

Published means that the course is officially available for students to access and enroll in. It’s no longer in development or private.

So, when you are done working on the course. You can click on the "Publish" button to make it available for the students.

To filter and view only your published courses, click as shown in the figure below.

What is Archive(Course)?

Archive means to store a course that is no longer active or in use, but is kept for future reference or records.

To archive a course, click on the three dots of the course, and select archive. Your course will be archived.

How to undo an Archived course?

To undo an archived course, go to your archived course, and set the course as Draft as the following;

After setting it as a draft, you can publish the course again.

What is Deleted (Course)?

Deleted means that the course has been permanently removed and is no longer accessible or recoverable.

To delete a course, click on the three dots next to the course and select "Archive."

After clicking it, you will see a window with the following message:

Click on the delete button to permanently delete the course.
