What is Teachfloor's learner impersonation?

In Teachfloor, Learner impersonation is taking a viewpoint of your learner's account. You can solve any technical or technical issue your learner might be facing.


3 Steps of how to do learner impersonation

Follow the steps;

#1: Go to learners page

When logged in to your Teachfloor account, go to the learners page by clicking on more at the top left corner and selecting learners. Moreover, you can also go to the member page of any course you made on Teachfloor.

#2: Select your desired user

Click on your desired learner's three dots (also known as action dots). And, select the the impersonate user.

#3: You will start impersonating the user.

You will know finally start impersonating the user.
